In the lead-up to Bellator 183, Paul Daley sensed something was different about Lorenz Larkin.

After a rough first round, “Semtex” saw his opening, finishing Larkin and scoring his 40th career win.

Daley, who is now 40-15-2 over his incredible MMA run, is now 3-2 over his last five.

“The fight went as planned. I felt great and I knew how this would end,” Daley said. “Lorenz Larkin was acting very uncharacteristically leading up to the fight and when I saw all of his antics and what not, I knew the fight would only end one way and that’s with him flat on the canvas.”

Daley rebounded from a May loss to Rory MacDonald, which came after he knocked out Brennan Ward in January with a flying knee.
