Chris Weidman will get his spotlight after all, as the former UFC middleweight champion takes on Yoel Romero at UFC 205.

Set for November 12 from Madison Square Garden in New York City, the card features three title fights, including Eddie Alvarez-Conor McGregor for the lightweight belt.

Weidman, a native of New York who was front-and-center for the UFC’s push to legalize MMA, will be fighting for the first time since dropping the title to Luke Rockhold earlier this year. He meets Romero, a former Olympian, in a title-eliminator.
