Another bout has been added to the rapidly-growing UFC 199 lineup, as Sean Strickland meets unbeaten Tom Breese.
Set for June 4 from The Forum in Los Angeles, the event features a pair of title fights. Luke Rockhold defends his middleweight belt vs. Chris Weidman in the headliner, while Dominick Cruz does the same with his bantamweight gold vs. Urijah Faber.
Strickland (17-1) sports a 4-1 Octagon mark, while Breese (10-0) has won all three of his UFC appearances.
The 25-year-old Strickland is a native of Anaheim, California and is on a two-fight winning streak since a 2015 loss to Santiago Ponzinibbio. He is coming off wins over Alex Garcia via TKO and Igor Araujo via decision, adding to 2014 triumphs vs. Luke Barnatt and Bubba McDaniel.
Breese, a year younger, is from England and picked up a decision over Keita Nakamura this past February. Last year, he debuted with the UFC and finished Cathal Pendred and Luiz Dutra, Jr. inside of the first round.
