Randy Brown found himself in the UFC thanks to his showing on “Lookin’ for a Fight,” Dana White’s new reality series.

Saturday night, Brown ended his first appearance inside the Octagon by getting his hand raised, scoring a decision vs. Matt Dwyer at UFC on FOX 18.

“I got nervous, everyone gets nervous,” he admitted. “Once I got in there, it all settled down. It was an amazing experience. I’m just embracing everything.”

Brown (7-0) stood out last November when he scored a first round flying knee knockout on Robert Plotkin while competing for Ring of Combat. The 25-year-old from Jamaica was pushed to the distance for the first time in his career vs. Dwyer.

“It was a good fight. I have so much more to prove though,” he said. “He was tall and I wasn’t used to that. I had to make some adjustments in the first because of that.”

Dwyer (8-4) suffered his second straight decision loss and fell to 1-3 over four UFC fights.

“I need to keep training hard and can’t take such a big break between fights,” Dwyer said. “I need to get back in as soon as I can. Get home, re-calibrate and get back to fighting.

“That’s all I care about.”
