Former Ultimate Fighter winner Diego Brandao made it 2-for-2 in 2015 with first round finishes, stopping Katsunori Kikuno Saturday night at UFC Fight Night 75.

Back in April, Brandao claimed a finish vs. Jimy Hettes, snapping a two-fight losing streak for the only Brazilian to claim a title on TUF.

Prior to the two losses to Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier, Brandao (20-10) had won three in a row.

“I had to keep the pressure inside,” Brandao said. “I had to keep inside because he’s a dangerous opponent.”

After connecting with a huge shot that floored Kikuno, Brandao continued to apply the pressure, swarming the Japanese fighter.

While he didn’t want to call anyone out next, Brandao did say, “I’m on my way to the Top-10.”
