Jordan Mein, with 39 pro bouts on his resume, announced his retirement from active MMA recently.

Mein (29-10) turned pro at the age of 16 after fighting for two years as an amateur. He was a veteran of Strikeforce and the UFC, competing for the final time this past January.

During his career, which included 14 amateur bouts, Mein fought the likes of Thiago Alves, Matt Brown, Mike Pyle, Tyron Woodley and Jason High.
