Bellator MMA officials announced the signing of Isao Kobayashi and Thiago Jambo Goncalves to multi-fight, multi-year contracts recently.
Kobayashi (18-2-4) is a 26-year-old former King of Pancrase winner in the lightweight division before moving down to featherweight. He is on a current two-fight win streak that includes an August victory over Will Chope.
Goncalves (18-4) is a pupil of Bellator featherweight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and Patricky Freire. The 34-year-old welterweight is 8-2 in his last 10 fights.
Bellator did not announce when either fighter would be making their initial appearance for the promotion.
