A pair of title fights will headline the November Bellator 145: Vengeance event, as Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and Will Brooks defend their belts.

Set for November 6 from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Freire will put his featherweight title on the line vs. former champion Daniel Straus, while Brooks defends the lightweight gold vs. Marcin Held.

It will stand as the fourth “tent-pole” event put on by Bellator, a new addition under the guidance of Scott Coker. The third event is set for September with Tito Ortiz challenging Liam McGeary for the light heavyweight title.

Freire (24-2) has won 12 of 14 Bellator appearances, including two victories over Straus (24-6). Brooks (16-1) won the belt over Michael Chandler after stepping in for Eddie Alvarez, and proceeded to cement his status as champion with a second win vs. Chandler. Held (21-3) is on a six-fight win streak.

Chandler and heavyweight Bobby Lashley are also expected to be part of the card that will air live on Spike TV.

“Following the success of ‘Unfinished Business’ in June, it was a no-brainer for us to make our return to the Scottrade Center and St. Louis before the year’s end. Once again, I look forward to working alongside Jesse Finney and his standout promotion Shamrock FC on putting together another must-see event,” Bellator MMA president Scott Coker said. “In addition to not one, but two world-class title fights, Michael Chandler and Bobby Lashley also being featured at ‘Vengeance’ brings a sense of hometown pride back to the outstanding fans of Missouri.”

Tickets for the event, which start at just $30, go on sale next Friday at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com and at the Ford Box Office at Scottrade Center, with a special Bellator Nation presale available on the Wednesday and Thursday for fans using the code: FIGHT.

Doors for the event open at 5 p.m. CT local time, and the first contest takes place one hour after.
