Following UFC 188, the official rankings were updated recently, and Fabricio Werdum and Eddie Alvarez were the biggest winners.

Werdum, who won the undisputed heavyweight title with a third round submission win over Cain Velasquez, climbed to No. 6 in the overall pound-for-pound Top-15. He also took over the champion spot at heavyweight.

Alvarez vaulted to fourth overall in the lightweight division after scoring a split decision vs. Gilbert Melendez. The former Bellator champion lost to debut to Donald Cerrone.

Henry Cejudo climbed to fifth at flyweight, Aljamain Sterling is now seventh at bantamweight and Heather Clark moved to 12th at strawweight. That division also saw Bec Rawlings crack the Top-15.

Rick Story, Neil Magny, Thiago Alves and Ryan LaFlare all pumped up a spot at welterweight, as Kelvin Gastelum fell. Gastelum won, but was competing at middleweight over the weekend.
