An injury to Alex White has opened the door – again – for Levan Makashvili to make his debut inside the Octagon, as the 26-year-old faces Mark Eddiva next weekend at UFC Fight Night 66.

Set for Manila, the main card airs on FOX Sports 1 after prelims on UFC Fight Pass from the Mall of Asia Arena. Urijah Faber-Frankie Edgar is the headline bout.

Makashvili (6-1) was scheduled to face Nik Lentz earlier this year, but Lentz was forced out after becoming ill the day of weigh-ins. He is a veteran of Cage Fury Fighting Championships.

Eddiva (6-1) has split his two UFC appearances, defeating Jumabieke Tuerxun and losing to Edimilson Souza.
