Cat Zingano was in attendance this past weekend for UFC Fight Night 60, as “Alpha” continues to gear up for her February 28 meeting with Ronda Rousey.

Zingano and Rousey will headline the UFC 184 card from Los Angeles and the Staples Center, as the unbeaten contender finally gets her shot at Rousey.

“I’m pumped and really excited,” she said. “Everything is locked in.”

The 32-year-old earned a victory in 2013 over Miesha Tate and was scheduled to coach with Rousey on The Ultimate Fighter. However, a knee injury scrapped that and knocked her from the ranks of the top contender.

Zingano (9-0) returned last September, finishing Amanda Nunes for her second Octagon victory.

“I train 110-percent every time to get ready for these things,” she said. “Every time I know there is nothing more I can do.”

Along with dealing with the recovery from her knee injury, Zingano also had to overcome the loss of her husband and coach.

“I just keep moving forward,” she said. “Everything that happens comes and goes.”
