UFC 184 will see yet another change, as another fighter has been hit by the injury bug.

Yancy Medeiros suffered a foot injury in training recently and will not be able to face Tony Ferguson to start the pay-per-view main card on February 28. In his place steps veteran Gleison Tibau.

Tibau (40-10) recently tied Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture at 16 wins in the Octagon when he scored a decision over Norman Parke last month.

Ferguson (17-3) has reeled off four straight wins, including a recent submission of Abel Trujillo. He is a former Ultimate Fighter champion.
