Welterweights John Howard and Lorenz Larkin will square off in January at UFC Fight Night 59, officials announced recently.

Set for January 18 from Boston and the TD Garden Arena, the night will feature Conor McGregor taking on Dennis Siver.

Howard (22-10) will get the chance to play host to the Octagon, as he is a Boston native. In need of a victory, Howard has dropped back-to-back decisions after winning his first two fights upon returning to the UFC.

“Doomsday” lost to Ryan LaFlare and Brian Ebersole this past year after going 8-1 over the course of a nine-fight streak.

Larkin (14-4) has just won once in five UFC appearances, including losing his last three. He did score a win over UFC welterweight title contender Robbie Lawler while both were in Strikeforce.

Below is the current lineup:

Lightweight: Jorge Masvidal vs. Norman Parke

Middleweight: Uriah Hall vs. Costas Philippou
