U.S. Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo will try for a second time to make his Octagon debut, signing to face Dustin Kimura at UFC on FOX 13 this December.
Set for December 13 from Phoenix and the U.S. Airways Center, the card features Junior dos Santos vs. Stipe Miocic in the main event.
Cejudo (6-0) was scheduled to fight Scott Jorgensen in August at flyweight, but was not allowed to even weigh-in after complications in cutting weight. Before signing with the UFC, the 27-year-old battled weight problems, so this time, he’ll try for bantamweight.
Kimura (11-2) is 2-2 in four Octagon appearances, defeating Chico Camus and Jon Delos Reyes, while falling to Mitch Gagnon and George Roop.
