Tony Ferguson has competed in two separate weight classes in the UFC and knows how to make weight. He also competed on The Ultimate Fighter which is one of the most stressful things a fighter can do go through when trying to make weight.

Most fighters his a sauna pretty hard but not Ferguson.

“I’m going to avoid the sauna and have some egg whites and my protein supplements. I usually listen to the people who are taking care of my nutrition too.”

He doesn’t want to tip his hand too much in regards to his prep.

“I don’t want to give away too much. If I could preferably cook my own food it would be a lot of vegetables, fruits, egg whites, chicken with some spinach and some brown rice.”
