An injury to Daniel Omielanczuk has paved the way for Walt Harris to make his Octagon debut, as the heavyweight meets Soa Palelei at UFC Fight Night 55 next month.

Set for November 7 from the Allphones Arena in Sydney, Australia, the entire card airs on UFC Fight Pass. In the main event, Michael Bisping squares off with Luke Rockhold.

Harris (7-3) returns after competing twice previously for the promotion. He lost to Nikita Krylov via TKO in January following a late 2013 decision defeat to Jared Rosholt. Harris got back in the win column in May when he stopped D.J. Linderman at Titan FC 28, and was scheduled to compete for the vacant heavyweight title later this year in the promotion against Dave Herman.

Instead, he’ll meet Palelei (21-4), a native of Australia. He had his 11-fight win streak snapped by Rosholt in June and is 3-1 with the promotion since signing in 2013.
