Former Ultimate Fighter runner-up Colin Fletcher will return to the BAMMA cage this December against Michael Brightmon at BAMMA 17.
Set for December 6 from the Victoria Warehouse, Fletcher and Brightmon will meet after Mansour Barnaoui was forced out of BAMMA 16 and a title fight with Brightmon.
“I literally can’t wait to fetch my carnival of pain back to the BAMMA cage,” Fletcher said. “It’s been a little while but I haven’t taken my foot off the pedal training wise. I’ve been lurking in the gym 24/7 as I’m desperate to get back to finishing fights early.”
Brightmon is 12-4 and a native of Honolulu, Hawaii. He said he is “truly humbled for this chance to compete in one of the biggest organizations in the world.”
The only other bout announced to date for the card features featherweights Andy Craven and Greg Severs.
Barnaoui previously defeated Fletcher via submission at BAMMA 14 back in December. He won the vacant title with a TKO victory over Curt Warburton at BAMMA 13.
