Daniel Straus proved a point Friday night at Bellator 127, laying waste to Justin Wilcox in under a minute.

Straus, a former Bellator featherweight champion, fought for the first time since dropping the title to Pat Curran earlier this year. He took advantage of the main event spotlight on Spike TV, dropping Wilcox just 50 seconds into the bout.

Other main card winners included Fernando Gonzalez, Rafael Silva and Kendall Grove. Grove, a former UFC fighter, handed ex-light heavyweight champion Christian M’Pumbu his fourth straight loss after locking up a rear-naked choke in the second round.
