A pair of alums from The Ultimate Fighter series will square off this November, as Ross Pearson meets Al Iaquinta in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night: Bisping vs. Rockhold.

Set for November 8 from the Allphones Arena in Sydney, Australia, the card features Michael Bisping against Luke Rockhold in the main event. It is expected to stream on UFC Fight Pass.

Pearson (16-7) was the Season 9 winner of The Ultimate Fighter and is coming off a TKO victory in August over Gray Maynard. Overall, the Brit is 3-1 with one no-contest in his last five fights.

He briefly flirted with a move to featherweight in 2011, defeating Junior Assuncao. But, a 2012 loss to Cub Swanson prompted a move back to 155 pounds.

Iaquinta (9-3-1) was a runner-up on the first – and only – live season of TUF. The Serra-Longo fighter rebounded from a May submission loss to Mitch Clarke by finishing Rodrigo Damm in September.

Since a loss to Michael Chiesa in the TUF finals, Iaquinta has gone 4-1.

Iaquinta confirmed the bout with FightLine after an initial announcement from the UFC’s Australian Twitter account.
