A pair of lightweight bouts have been added to the UFC Fight Night 57 lineup, officials announced recently, as Nick Hein faces James Vick and Yves Edwards meets Akbarh Arreola.
Set for November 22 from the University of Texas and the Frank Erwin Center, the plan is for fights to be broadcast on both FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass. No main event has been confirmed yet.
Hein (11-1) earned a win his his native country of Germany in his Octagon debut this past May, defeating Drew Dober. He is on a seven-fight win streak overall. Vick (6-0) is an alum of The Ultimate Fighter and is 2-0 since appearing on the show.
Edwards (42-21-1) has competed 19 times for the UFC, going 10-9 overall. He hasn’t scored a win, though, since 2012. Arreola (22-8-1) lost his debut to Tiago dos Santos in July.
