Flyweights Louis Gaudinot and Patrick Holohan will collide in Canada this October, as officials announced the bout for UFC Fight Night 54.

Set for October 4 from the Halifax Metro Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, the main event features Rory MacDonald meeting former Strikeforce champion Tarec Saffiedine.

Gaudinot (6-3) has officially won just one of three fights inside the Octagon and has been missing in action due to a suspension for a failed drug test. His victory over Phil Harris in March was overturned to a no-contest due to the failed test.

Holohan (10-0-1) scored a win in his debut by beating Josh Sampo via first round submission last month in his home country of Ireland. He is teammates with Conor McGregor, Gunnar Nelson and Cathal Pendred – all UFC fighters – at SBG Ireland.
