Former UFC welterweight No. 1 contender Josh Koscheck will appear on FOX Sports 1 coverage for UFC Fight Night 47 next week, the network announced in a video release.

Koscheck (17-8) has not competed since a November loss to Tyron Woodley via knockout. He is currently on a three-fight losing skid, having not won since 2012 when he topped Mike Pierce.

Back in 2010, “Kos” scored a title fight with Georges St-Pierre, taking the then-UFC champion to a decision. He rebounded in 2011 with a knockout of Matt Hughes after recovering from a serious eye injury.

Koscheck will join Karyn Bryant, Brian Stann and former bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz on the pre- and post-fight coverage for the card, which features Ryan Bader going up against Ovince St. Preux.
