An injury to Matt Riddle has changed main event plans for Titan FC 29.

Replacing Riddle will be veteran Jose Landi-Jons, also known as Pele, for a welterweight title fight with Ben Saunders. The event takes place August 22, with the main card airing live on CBS Sports Network from Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Jons (28-15) was to make his Titan FC debut earlier this year, but visa issues kept him from competing. He has won five of his last six and owns wins over the likes of Matt Hughes, Pat Miletich and Alexander Shlemenko.

Saunders (16-6-2) is a veteran of Bellator and will be making his debut with the promotion. He is 3-1 in his last four, with the lone loss coming to current Bellator champion Douglas Lima.

News of the fight change was first reported by MMA Fighting.
