Invicta FC will return to action this September 6, marking their debut on UFC Fight Pass.

Two world title fights were announced recently, as Michelle Waterson will defend her atomweight crown against Yasuko Tamada in the main event, while Stephanie Eggink and Katja Kankaanpaa meet to determine the new strawweight champion.

Set for Kansas City, the card will stream online via Fight Pass for the first time. Previously, Invicta FC events were available online via internet pay-per-view.

Waterson (11-3) previously talked with FightLine about competing for the all-female promotion. She won the title by defeating Jessica Penne, who is part of The Ultimate Fighter 20 cast.

“I have been in the gym training because now that I have the belt, I feel like I have a target on me, everybody is gunning for me,” said Waterson, who previously fought at 115. “I feel like there is no room for me to slack because I have to continually try to improve myself as a fighter.”

The Invicta FC strawweight division was signed to the UFC earlier this year after the promotion decided to begin using 115-pound female fighters. The first champion in the division will be crowned at the conclusion of TUF 20, which begins airing later this year.

Several other fights were announced for the September card, as Ediane Gomes meets Tonya Evinger, Tara LaRosa faces Roxanne Modafferi, Irene Aldana faces Peggy Morgan, Veronica Rothenhausler battles Charmaine Tweet, DeAnna Bennet faces Michelle Ould, Ashley Cummins battles Alexa Grasso, J.J. Aldrich takes on Delaney Owen and Jodie Esquibel faces Jinh Yu Frey.
