Kenny Robertson will make his return to the Octagon this July, taking on a Brazilian again. This time, though, it will happen on U.S. soil.

Robertson is expected to face Ildemar Alcantara, stepping in for Santiago Ponzinibbio. News of the change for UFC 175 was first reported by Combate.

Set for July 5, the card features a double-title fight main and co-main event, as Chris Weidman meets Lyoto Machida for the middleweight belt, while Ronda Rousey takes on Alexis Davis for the female bantamweight title.

Robertson (13-3) has pushed his UFC record to 2-3 on the heels of a win over Thiago Perpetuo this past March. He talked with FightLine earlier this year about fighting in Brazil.

Alcantara (20-6) has settled in at welterweight and is now 3-1 with the UFC. Ponzinibbio (18-2) suffered an injury in training.

Originally, Robertson was to fight Zak Cummings next month, but a series of changes left Cummins against Gunnar Nelson and Robertson without an opponent.
