Ricardo Lamas, who is coming off a loss to Jose Aldo for the UFC featherweight title, will return to action this June against Hacran Dias. Officials announced the bout this past weekend.

Set for June 28 from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, UFC Fight Night 44 features a featherweight main event between Jeremy Stephens and Cub Swanson. The card is scheduled to air on both FOX Sports 1 and Fight Pass.

Lamas (13-3) suffered his first Octagon defeat when he was topped by Aldo this past February. Prior to that, he had defeated Matt Grice, Swanson, Hatsu Hioki and Erik Koch, including three wins via finish during that span.

Dias (21-2-1) entered the UFC with an eight-fight win streak, adding to it when he downed Iuri Alcantara. However, last May, he lost to Nik Lentz.
