If the UFC wants to pair Cole Miller with Conor McGregor later this year, at least one of the two will be signed.

Miller recently announced on Twitter that he has agreed to a new four-fight deal with the promotion. Most reports have him facing McGregor in Ireland this July.

“Just signed a new 4 fight contract with the UFC,” he wrote. “Can’t wait to get back to work this year.”

Miller (21-8) has fought 16 times inside the Octagon, posting a 10-6 record. That includes back-to-back wins over Andy Ogle and Sam Sicilia. The 29-year-old owns 15 career submission wins, including four “Submission of the Night” honors.
