According to a report out of Brazil by Combate, Amanda Nunes will replace Shayna Baszler and face Sarah Kaufman at The Ultimate Fighter Nations Finale on April 16.

Nunes was scheduled to compete a few weeks later at UFC on FOX 11 against Alexis Dufresne. No mention in the report of whether or not Dufresne will remain on the card was noted.

Baszler, an alum of The Ultimate Fighter and teammate of UFC female bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, was removed from the bout earlier this week.

Nunes (9-3) is 2-0 since joining the UFC, stopping both Sheila Gaff and Germaine de Randamie. Kaufman (16-3) is coming off a no-contest vs. Jessica Eye that was originally ruled a loss but changed after Eye failed the post-fight drug test.

Kaufman confirmed the initial report via Twitter, posting, “I’m still fighting. Amanda has been pulled from the Orlando card to step in!! So pumped.”
