UFC president Dana White is not one of those that believe his promotion is “watering down” the MMA scene with too many events.

White, following Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 37 card from London, stated that both upcoming pay-per-views – UFC 171 and UFC 172 – are already sold out.

UFC 171 takes place this Saturday from Dallas and features Johny Hendricks vs. Robbie Lawler for the vacant welterweight title. UFC 172 goes down in April from Baltimore with Jon Jones defending his light heavyweight crown against Glover Teixeira.

“This fight was sold out in the O2 (Arena in London),” White said (thanks to MMAjunkie.com for the quotes). “Next week in Dallas, we’re sold out. And Baltimore is sold out. Back-to-back-to-back.

“It’s a great card and I’m excited for it.”
