Despite solving Josh Thomson at UFC on FOX 10 recently, former lightweight champion Benson Henderson dropped three spots in the latest UFC rankings.

Henderson is now 12th on the pound-for-pound list, as UFC female bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, Johny Hendricks and Vitor Belfort all leapfrogged over him.

There was little movement elsewhere, as former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz moved to 10th in his division, while Stipe Miocic pushed to No. 7 at heavyweight after defeating Gabriel Gonzaga.

Jeremy Stephens entered the lightweight Top-15 at No. 10.

The rankings will once again be updated next week after this Saturday’s UFC 169 card.
