Injuries have hit a pair of upcoming UFC pay-per-view events, as Bryan Caraway and Darrell Montague have been removed.

Caraway was scheduled to face Lucas Martins at UFC 170 on February 22, but the UFC’s official Twitter account confirmed he will not make the contest.

No replacement has been announced for Caraway, who would have been competing on the same card as Ronda Rousey, the UFC female bantamweight champion. Rousey and Caraway’s girlfriend, Miesha Tate, all have a long history together.

Martins (14-1) is 2-1 in three UFC bouts, including wins in his last two over Junior Hernandez (technical submission) and Jeremy Larsen (knockout).

UFC 170 features Rousey taking on Sara McMann, along with Daniel Cormier vs. Rashad Evans in the co-main event.

The other change is for UFC 171, as Montague has been replaced by Justin Scoggins for a bout with Will Campuzano.

Scoggins (8-0) earned a TKO victory over Richie Vaculik in his UFC debut last month. Campuzano (13-5) was topped by Sergio Pettis in his first UFC fight in November.

UFC 171 boasts a battle between Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler for the vacant UFC welterweight title on March 15.
