It’s impossible to know how things would have unfolded had Bellator 106 ended up on PPV rather than Spike TV but there certainly aren’t many if any complaints to be had about what was ultimately witnessed. The event featured two titles changing hands including a particularly memorable match-up between lightweights Michael Chandler and Eddie Alvarez. Their second scrap was as entertaining as the classic clash the two turned in in 2011, though featured a different result.
