The UFC isn’t wasting time putting the card together for the company’s latest entry in the Fight for the Troops series, booking a few new bouts for the event headlined by Tim Kennedy-Lyoto Machida. Among the trio of freshly minted match-ups, the most notable pairing pits middleweights Lorenz Larkin and Chris Camozzi against one another at the November 6 event.
Larkin, who was last seen suffering a controversial decision defeat to Francis Carmont this past April, holds an overall record of 13-1 including wins over Gian Villante and Robbie Lawler. Eight of his victories have come via TKO.
The 19-6 Camozzi will also be out to erase the taste of defeat when he locks horns with Larkin. Four of his Camozzi’s last five outings have resulted in his hand being raised.
Additionally, Neil Magny (8-2) will face Seth Baczynski (18-10) at the show, while Ronny Markes (14-1) and Yoel Romero (5-1) have also been paired up for the entertainment of those in attendance in tuning in at home.
UFC Fight Night 31 (i.e. UFC Fight for the Troops 3) is scheduled for Fort Campbell in Kentucky.
