The strange saga of Jason Miller’s post-MMA career took another turn over the weekend when the former Ultimate Fighter coach was arrested for domestic violence. While details remain sketchy regarding the exact reason for his incarceration, the situation is certainly an ominous one for “Mayhem”.

According to a report from MMAJunkie, Miller was jailed on Sunday and has since been released on a $50,000 bond. He will face formal charges in court at some point in the coming months. If convicted, the 32-year old could spend up to four years in State prison.

It is not Miller’s first brush with the law, only the most recent.

Miller (23-9) retired in 2012 after losing a second straight fight in the UFC and being subsequently released. He recently hinted at the possibility of a comeback, though those plans are clearly on the backburner now as he deals with his current legal situation.
