UFC President Dana White has been depriving fans of backstage access over the past few events, albeit not intentionally, based on the outspoken executive’s lack of video blogs. Fortunately, White has back this week with a new vlog focusing on the backstage happenings at UFC 162.

In the feature, fans are given intimate access to fighters as they prepare for their tilts and react to the fallout from either winning or losing said scraps. Highlights include Bruce Buffer giving advice on how to take care of your voice, an angry Chris Leben voicing his frustration over opponent Andrew Craig’s approach to fighting, a faceoff between Ronda Rousey-Uriah Hall, Chris Weidman basking in the glory of his championship win, and Anderson Silva talking to Roy Jones Jr. about his knockout loss.
