The Bellator roster could be getting an injection of high-level kickboxing talent later this year thanks to the newly-announced relationship between Spike TV and Glory Sports International. Spike TV is also the television home for Bellator, opening the door for the two organizations to potentially share talent if so desired.

Glory’s managing director, Marcus Luer, confirmed the possibility in a quick conversation with MMAFighting.

“If the opportunity shows up with a fighter, we are open to explore. We had some discussions with Bjorn Rebney awhile back but nothing concrete,” said Luer, referencing a past discussion with the Bellator CEO.

Rebney has yet to offer his own thoughts on occasionally exchanging fighters with Glory, one of the leading kickboxing organizations in the world.
