Fans in England will be glad to hear the UFC will be coming through the region again before the calendar rolls over, targeting a return to Manchester at some point in the immediate future. The show will mark the second 2013 stop for the UFC in the United Kingdom with the first involving a February lineup in London topped by a successful defense from interim bantamweight champion Renan Barao.

UFC President Dana White revealed the organization’s plan to a group of media members after the UFC 161 post-fight press conference. No details were offered in terms of date/venue.

The Octagon has set up shop in Manchester twice before with the most recent instance occurring in 2009. The year also served as the last time the UFC held more than one event in the United Kingdom in a twelve-month span.
