The lineup for UFC on FS 1 grew significantly in the past 24 hours including the addition of a main event between light heavyweights Chael Sonnen-Mauricio Rua. Another noteworthy rumble recently booked for the Boston show pits two of the bantamweight division’s most talented pugilists against each other in the form of Brad Pickett-Michael McDonald.

UFC Tonight confirmed the August 17 meeting between Pickett-McDonald on this week’s episode.

The 23-7 Pickett picked up a decision over Mike Easton in April to earn his third triumph in four fights. He also holds past victories over Ivan Menjivar, Yves Jabouin, and Demetrious Johnson.

McDonald saw his record drop to 15-2 in February after falling to interim champ Renan Barao. However, prior to the stumble he’d won eight straight and can boast finishes in all but two of his successful showings.
