Last weekend marked the UFC’s seventh show on FX not including preliminary bouts attached to PPV lineups. While it won’t be the last time live action shows up on the network, it appears fans will have to tune in elsewhere later this year to get their UFC fix.

According to a report from the Sports Business Journal, FOX is planning to focus on entertainment-driven programming for FX with athletic endeavors headed over to Speed and Fuel TV, both of which will be re-branded as FOX Sports 1/FOX Sports 2. All changes are expected to take place in late summer or early fall.

It is believed UFC shows will air on FOX Sports 1, though the future of the Ultimate Fighter is still up in the air considering its status as a reality show rather than a true sporting event. FOX Sports 1 is expected to reach over 80 million households in comparison to the less than 40 million Fuel TV (soon to be FOX Sports 2) draws.

The UFC and FOX have yet to officially comment on the matter.
