After three successful shows in 2012, all-female fight promotion Invicta FC will give PPV a shot next month instead of streaming the card online for free similarly to the previous events. Invicta FC 4 is scheduled to feature the company’s crowning of a 115-pound champion in a clash between Carla Esparza-Claudia Gadelha in addition to bouts such as Sarah D’Alelio-Amanda Nunes and Shayna Baszler-Alexis Davis.

Invicta head Shannon Knapp confirmed the organization’s plan in a conversation with MMAJunkie where she also assured fans the PPV would be less than $10.

“It will be offered for a modest price. We aren’t out to gouge people,” said Knapp.

Invicta FC 4 is set for January 5 in Kansas City.
