After a respectable run of events it looks like Titan Fighting Championship is no more. The promotion was home to a number of notable fighters and a staple on the Midwest scene.

According to a press release, Titan FC has been purchased by Resurrection Fighting Alliance who will also take over the organization’s contracts as a result as well as the broadcasting deal Titan FC had with AXS TV (formerly HDNet).

Additionally, the statement confirmed Ed Soares, who is best known for his work as a manager, will take a spot at the head of the company, while the services of Titan FC CEO Joe Kelly will also be retained.

“I am very excited to be working with the guys at Resurrection Fighting Alliance. I really feel like this is a partnership with all the potential for success,” explained Kelly in a prepared statement. “We are very like-minded with similar goals. That made this an opportunity I could not pass on.”

RFA 4 is scheduled for November 4 and will air on AXS TV. The show is set to feature Gilbert Yvel-Marcio Cruz in the main event with Efrain Escudero-Tyson Griffin also scheduled for action.
