Behind a recent disappointing unanimous decision loss to Demetrious Johnson in their UFC on FX 3 rematch, Ian McCall is looking to rebound on a platform the whole world can see, Fox. “Uncle Creepy” has now set his sights on Ultimate Fighter veteran Louis Gaudinot.

Gaudinot (6-2), who recently stated an interest in taking on the former number one ranked flyweight, would enter the cage after a tremendous upset in choking out Brazilian prodigy John Lineker in his UFC Flyweight debut.

McCall (11-3-1), has gone winless in two UFC Flyweight tournament performances against Demetrious Johnson. The two first met in Australia this passed March, it was  a hotly contested bout which was ruled a draw behind the mustachioed one posting a dominant third round. The two met again in Florida early last month with Johnson taking home a unanimous decision victory.

“Uncle Creepy” still feels terrible about his performance, while it was a competitive bout, McCall feels he came out flat. “I’ve been pissed off and depressed about losing,” McCall told MMA Junkie. While the creepy one had some disparaging remarks to make about Gaudinot’s bantamweight run, he seems to be impressed by the Yonkers native’s performance at flyweight. “Seeing him at 125, he looks great. He looks a lot better. That would definitely be a fight I’d like to take,”  said McCall, who would love to fight in his town for UFC on Fox 4.

While a bout between the two flyweights has yet to materialize, it is likely that it will be made for the August 4 event at the Staples Center, delivering a promising 125 lb bout to the California fans.
