It’s been awhile since UFC President Dana White pulled back a card’s curtain by giving fans intimate access behind the scenes with one of his video blogs. Then again, until UFC on Fuel 2 last weekend it had been awhile since the organization had put on an event for White and crew to document.

Now, with the Swedish show in the books, White has delivered a vlog featuring glimpses of the fallout from some of the evening’s most memorable bouts. A palate-cleanser of sorts before UFC 145, one of the clip’s best moments comes when an animated Brian Stann talks about his scrap with Alessio Sakara.

“That was actually the first fight, no sh*t, that I enjoyed none of the process…the training, nothing,” said Stann while getting his wraps cut off, mentioning his family’s struggles after the untimely death of his brother-in-law.

“That guy brings it, man. I thought he was gonna be conservative? F*ck that! I love that guy. That was gonna be either one of us, the way we were chucking,” Stann continued on his match-up with Sakara, impressed by his opponent’s ability to stay in the UFC for as long as he has.
