The UFC’s stop in Stockholm this weekend for UFC on Fuel 2 became official this morning when the lot of competitors stepped onto the scale in hopes of hitting their weight-related marks. And, minus one minor exception, the group succeeded in doing so meaning the show will go on as scheduled.

Headliners Thiago Silva and Alexander Gustafsson had no problem making their required limit with each coming in at 205 pounds on the dot. Earlier this week Silva mentioned only being a few ticks north of the weight, expecting a very easy cut, to ensure smooth sailing in his return to the ring after more than a year off from competition.

The co-main event is also official with Brian Stann and Alessio Sakara weighing 185 pounds and 186 pounds respectively.

The only fighter to run into a problem at the festivities was Dennis Siver who is making his featherweight debut on tomorrow’s card. Siver clocked in at 147 and has been given a short period of time to drop the extra pound. However, he was able to do so avoiding any adjustment to his scheduled scrap with Diego Nunes.

The preliminary fights for Saturday’s show start at 12:00 PM EST on Facebook with the main card beginning three hours later on Fuel TV.
