This Friday’s UFC line up for their inaugural event on FX is finally complete as UFC officials recently announced that a lightweight tilt between Fabricio Camoes and Tommy Hayden, two men who weren’t originally scheduled to appear, has been added to the card. The bout will be on the preliminary portion of the nights broadcast.

The fight has undergone major changes, as the original contest was supposed to be Rafaello Oliveira vs. Reza Madadi. However, a hand injury forced Oliveira off the card, allowing Camoes to step up and take his place. Unfortunately, Madadi was forced off the card as well with an injury, opening up the chance for Hayden to make his octagon debut.

Camoes will be returning to the UFC after being released from the organization following a loss to Kurt Pellegrino in March 2010. After sitting on the sidelines for nearly a year, “Morango” competed in Tachi Palace Fights, posting back-to-back wins over UFC veterans Steve Lopez and Efrain Escudero. The stumble against Pellegrino was his only loss in his last eleven bouts.

Hayden comes into the fight undefeated in eight professional contests, having finished all of his opponents. He holds a victory over Ultimate Fighter 14 contestant Dustin Neace and recently submitted Harry Johnson.

UFC on FX 1 is scheduled for January 20 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The night will be headlined by a lightweight scrap between top contenders Jim Miller and Melvin Guillard.
