Though a good deal of the attention directed towards Bellator 47 has to do with the quartet of remaining 145er scheduled to scrap in the “Summer Series” semi-finals, it may very well be a pair of much larger men who end up delivering the night’s most memorable moment when the cameras fade on the July 23 event.

According to a promotional press release, Neil Grove and Zak Jensen will lock horns at the show with a highlight ending essentially guaranteed given the fact all twenty of their combined wins have come by way of a finishing performance.

The well-travelled Brit has gone 2-1 in Bellator including a TKO victory against Eddie Sanchez and was nearly the company’s inaugural heavyweight champion before falling to Cole Konrad last fall.

“Neil had a great showing during our Season 3 Heavyweight Tournament, so it’s great seeing him back inside the Bellator cage,” said chief executive Bjorn Rebney.

Jensen will be making his Bellator debut against Grove after going 12-6 outside the organization with nine wins inside the opening round of action. He most recently fought in November where he scored a sixteen-second knockout over Jason Ackerman.

The behemoths’ brawl joins an earlier announced match-up between Chris Horodecki and Chris Saunders on the Bellator 47 lineup, as well as featherweight tournament fights featuring rising star Pat Curran in the cage with 20-2-1 Ronnie Mann and talented Brazilian Marlon Sandro against submission machine Nazareno Malegarie.
