Pat Curran took the final step towards his bid at shocking the world tomorrow night against Bellator 155-pound champ Eddie Alvarez when he, along with sixteen other fighters competing at Bellator 39, stepped on the scale Friday afternoon with the entire bunch making weight meaning the event will go on as originally scheduled. Curran earned his crack at the highly-touted Alvarez after winning the Bellator Season 2 Lightweight Tournament.

Curran weighed in at 154 pounds for his headlining match-up with Alvarez who clocked in at 154 as well.

Four men fighting for a spot in the Season 4 final of their respective divisions also hit their marks with Toby Imada coming it at 155 pounds for his lightweight bout against Patricky Freire (154.75), while Olympic judoka Rick Hawn will have slight size advantage over former welterweight title-holder Lyman Good. Hawn weighed 170.5 pounds with Good clocking in at 169.5.
