In what should come as little surprise to most, you can mark Frank “Twinkle Toes” Trigg down as the latest fighter to be released from the UFC following UFC 109.

Trigg joins Mark Coleman and Tim Hague as the latest in a series of athletes that have been cut from the promotion on the heels of the UFC’s latest event.

The news of Trigg’s release was first reported by, where Frank also went on to say that “he’s undecided if he’ll pursue opportunities outside the organization”.

The dismissal of Trigg follows back-to-back first round TKO defeats in the Octagon at the hands of Josh Koscheck and most recently, former UFC welterweight champion Matt Serra.
