For the month of October, Bas Rutten will be powering UFC Fight Pass, the promotion announced recently.
Rutten will be previewing upcoming fights and sharing some of his favorite memories on the digital streaming source. Also, in an all-new “Face/Off” collection, the UFC Hall of Famer will preview Joseph Duffy vs. Dustin Poirier.
A former King of Pancrase, Rutten will also be giving fans insight into the promotion on “A Brief History of Pancrase” ahead of Pancrase 271 on October 31. That event will stream on UFC Fight Pass.
“Bas Rutten’s legendary career has made him one of the most trusted analysts in mixed martial arts and his insight will give fans a unique perspective into the upcoming fight between Dustin Poirier and Joe Duffy, his storied career and the history of Pancrase,” Eric Winter, Senior Vice President and General Manager of UFC FIGHT PASS, said. “After a successful September that was ‘Powered By Ronda (Rousey),’ October will be another exciting month as we close out the year.”
In November, Miesha Tate will take control of Fight Pass, while December features Dana White’s favorite moments from the year.
