Dana White’s latest vlog provides backstage look at UFC on FOX

More than 5.5 million people tuned in last weekend when the UFC made their debut on network television with UFC on FOX: Velasquez vs. Dos Santos. However, only a select few had a chance to witness what went on outside of the Octagon in the moments before and after the landmark event.

One of the individuals among the limited group with access backstage was, of course, UFC President Dana White. In his latest video blog the popular executive takes fans with him as he heads to Anaheim for the festivities to handle business. Of the many highlights, White jokes around with Brock Lesnar, meets with a cancer patient, shows Bruce Buffer talking to Joe Rogan about a viral video involving his image, and takes the camera into the cage to catch Cain Velasquez’s immediate reaction to having lost his title to Junior dos Santos (and JDS’ subsequent joy).

“This is what it’s about – coming back from this,” Velasquez’s head trainer Javier Mendez explains to his pupil as the former champion winces with regret. “You’re not done. You’re not done.”
